This townhome has been made unique by installing outlets in the garage to charge electric vehicles, providing ping pong, on-site laundry, pickleball accessories, and pool accessories. There are also essentials for children including a Pack N Play, high chair, stroller, kids plates, utensils, cups, toys, books, and more. Older children can find an Xbox, DVD players, Atari, outdoor foosball and more. Adults are also offered a private outdoor jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ grill, and more. Every room has a smart TV equipped with cable, Netflix, and other apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a coffee maker, crockpot, blender, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, muffin pans, and more, all stored within the kitchen and walk-in pantry.
The townhome is meant to help you enjoy your stay in Southern Utah. Artwork around the home captures the beauty of Utah’s National Parks, specifically Zion and Bryce Canyon because they are close in proximity and an easy day trip from the home.
Our onsite staff is taking precautions while accommodating the guests with as little disruption as possible.
We are taking extra measures to disinfect properties between stays. This includes sanitizing light switches, door handles, fridge handles, faucets and anything you would frequently touch.
We are doing this in addition to our full cleanings of the home to take extra precautions.
Whenever possible, we are avoiding direct contact with guests and owners, but we’re available to assist by phone.
Our existing self-check-in process is especially useful in situations like this.
Our linens are professionally laundered at a commercial facility with medical-grade standards.
As an added precaution, we are moving reservations that have back to back arrivals to keep a 3-day window between stays.
